H-Catholic Notice
Dear conference participants,
Two H-Catholic editors, myself and Martin Menke, and at least one member of the H-Catholic Advisory Board, Peter Meehan, will be attending the Joint Conference of the CCHA/CCHA Spring Meeting, April 15 and 16, at the University of St. Michael’s College at the University of Toronto. We think this would be a good opportunity for those of you who are subscribers to the H-Catholic, and anyone else interested in the list, to get together and talk about its functioning and future.
So I would like to invite you to a no host lunch on Friday, April 15, at noon, in the Kelly Café on the first floor of the University of St Michael’s College Library. Agenda items could include: the purpose of the list, suggestions for making the list more useful and interesting for scholars in the fields of Catholic history and culture, efforts to encourage regular traffic on the list, and the types of regular postings editors should offer (e.g., announcements culled from H-Announce, book reviews from other H-Net discussion lists, etc.).
Please RSVP to me at lebrun@cc.umanitoba.ca by 1 April so that we can make the requisite reservations at the Kelly Café.
Sincerely,
Richard Lebrun
Professor Emeritus
